What to Expect

How to Apply
To apply to pitch at Seed2Table, you’ll use our online application form — make sure you use your business email address (personal email aliases like Gmail or generic group inboxes aren’t accepted).

Application Time & Language
The application takes about 10 minutes and must be completed in English.

Review Timeline
Please allow up to 10 business days for a response. You’ll receive an email notification whether your application is moving on to the next step of having a virtual call. 

What You Should Have Ready
Before you start, have the following at hand:

  • A concise company overview and pitch deck (PDF)

  • Current funding details and investor information

  • Key traction metrics (e.g., users, revenue, partnerships)

Cost & Terms
Presenting at a Seed2Table event carries a fee based on the venue and vertical. There are no equity requirements. There is no application fees to apply. You will need to accept our Terms and Conditions to submit your application.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for consideration, your company must meet the following baseline criteria:

Contact Information

  • You must provide unique contact details for both a technical founder/developer and a business executive.
  • Generic emails (e.g., info@, hello@) and personal domains (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo) are not accepted. Each contact must use a valid business domain email.

Company Eligibility

Your company should:
✅ Be formally incorporated and in good standing
✅ Have an established public-facing website
✅ Be venture-ready with meaningful traction (users, revenue, pilots, etc.)
✅ For Tech, Defense and Life Science Companies: Be early-stage (Seed or Series A preferred) with less than ~$8M raised to date

Ineligible Organizations

The following do not qualify:
❌ Consulting or outsourced development firms
❌ Pure resellers or technology distributors
❌ Publicly traded companies
❌ Large enterprises outside early-stage venture focus
